Uneasy times

Word of the Khar-Hurrian appearance has by now reached everyone on Planet Banimon as well. Given the severity of this new threat, a truce has been established between the near-victorious Banigoth and the remainder of the Red Army occupying Arigato Plains. The Revolutionary HQ will no doubt use this unexpected stay of execution to try and come up with a desperate plan to eventually break out of their encirclement, but for now all sides have agreed to join forces should their home planet come under threat.

For now, even the mighty Havvacor has chosen to stay pat, watching in silence as the Khar-Hurrians set up their trade routes with the Alliance of Seven Satellites, previously their own tributary. Meanwhile, the steady interaction between the Alliance traders and the newcomers has brought new rumors to the surface. Apparently some of the Khar-Hurrians have let it slip that it wasn’t an ecological disaster, but a war that has destroyed their home planet and driven their species to this migration of epic proportions.

But if the Khar-Hurrians, clearly more then a match for any of the factions in this corner of the universe were on the losing side of that war, what kind of power must their enemies have head to defeat them so utterly and comprehensively? And will they be coming here, looking to finish the job once and for all? These were uneasy times indeed, with lots of questions and very few answers…
